umm...is the 4th image "Whoa Nelly" the one with the grand-motherly-type in the bathing suit with the plate of food photoshopped? Seriously, her top just looks overweight, while her bottom half is just freakishly huge. I can hardly believe the image is unaltered.
I'm not sure if it is photoshopped but I have seen many many people like that in real life. My guess is it is real and truly spectacular.
Perhaps obesity expert "Dr" Gerald "Teddy" Bear will offer his expert opinion. IMHO it's legit.

I believe that the fourth image has not been photo-shopped, because I have actually seen people like her with thighs bigger around than the chest area.
Now if her lower legs were also bigger around than her chest, then she would have achieved the PERFECT pear-shape.
